ENTJs have a natural tendency to marshall and direct. This may be expressed with the charm and finesse of a world leader or with the insensitivity of a cult leader. The ENTJ requires little encouragement to make a plan. One ENTJ put it this way... "I make these little plans that really don't have any importance to anyone else, and then feel compelled to carry them out." While "compelled" may not describe ENTJs as a group, nevertheless the bent to plan creatively and to make those plans reality is a common theme for NJ types.
ENTJs are often "larger than life" in describing their projects or proposals. This ability may be expressed as salesmanship, story-telling facility or stand-up comedy. In combination with the natural propensity for filibuster, our hero can make it very difficult for the customer to decline.
ENTJs are decisive. They see what needs to be done, and frequently assign roles to their fellows. Few other types can equal their ability to remain resolute in conflict, sending the valiant (and often leading the charge) into the mouth of hell. When challenged, the ENTJ may by reflex become argumentative. Alternatively (s)he may unleash an icy gaze that serves notice: the ENTJ is not one to be trifled with.

I would definitely agree that I am an extrovert and I am proud to say that my father passed that trait along to me and my brother. I consider myself a natural leader, and I especially notice it when I lead in situations even when I don't think I want to.

I am not sure I fully understand what the intuition and sensing trait really mean. I feel like the two words are synonymous in this case, but maybe that is why I was so close to having both traits.

When it comes to thinking or feeling, I think my personal decisions are made through a thorough thinking process, but when other people are involved in a situation I tend to consider their feelings more than my own thoughts. That's I why I am decisive as the website describe me.

Judging, although I hate the word, I definitely do it

I would disagree with two items on here, I am not argumentative. I enjoy debates but am willing to listen to other people's sides, and I avoid conflict. I would also disagree on the salesman description, that is more my brother.

My top job options were politician or CEO. My dream job is to run a company so my choice would be the latter.

My favorite Affirmation is from my older brother, Blake:

1) DRIVEN 2) ENTHUSIASTIC 3) GOAL ORIENTED 4) SELF STARTER 5) PASSIONATE

Madelyn Weber is a woman who stands out in any crowd. Though she is extremely blessed and gifted, it is her work ethic that truly make her the extreme outlier. Her preparation and determination to not only complete a project or task but to perform at a level higher than requested. She will not only complete the task ordered, she will provide you with a final product any man or woman would truly be proud to call their own.

Blog Mission

I follow about 100 blogs and read them everyday, or at least look at the pictures posted. I feel like I am friends with all the bloggers and that I hang out with them daily, and I get to know them through their fashion, the places they travel, and sometimes through really honest posts. I started a blog when I was in seventh grade--that did not last long--but I hope this time I can take advantage of this resource for voicing my opinion, opening up about myself, and sharing my interests. I want to connect with an audience like my favorite bloggers do, and maybe be as big of an inspiration for some girl as they are for me.
